1. How do I download my manual after purchase?
After your payment is confirmed, you will immediately receive an email with a unique download link. Simply click the link to save the file to your device. If you created an account, you can also access your files anytime in the “Downloads” section.
2. I didn’t receive the email with the link. What do I do?
First, please check your Spam/Junk folder. Automated emails often end up there. If you still can’t find it after 10 minutes, email us at [email protected] with your name, and we’ll resend it instantly.
3. Does the download link expire?
For security reasons, download links are typically active for 180 days or up to 10 download attempts. We recommend saving the file to your computer or cloud storage immediately so you have it forever.
4. Can I download the manual to my phone or tablet?
