Answers about buying, downloading and using the PDF manuals. Questions about a specific manual: the product page lists the brand, models, page count, OEM publication number (where printed) and links to sample pages.
Downloading & Access
1. How do I download my manual after purchase?
After the payment is confirmed you receive an email with a download link. If you created an account, the file is also listed under My account → Downloads.
2. I didn’t receive the email with the link. What do I do?
Check the Spam/Junk folder first. If the email is not there after 10 minutes, write to [email protected] with your name or order number and we will resend the link.
3. Does the download link expire?
Download links are usually active for 180 days or 10 download attempts. Save the file to your computer or cloud storage after the first download.
4. Can I download the manual to my phone or tablet?
Yes. The files are standard PDFs and open on iPhone, Android, iPad and other tablets in the browser or any PDF viewer.
5. Is there a limit to how many times I can view the file?
No. Once the file is saved on your device you can open it offline as often as you need.
Using the Manuals
6. What software do I need to open the files?
Most devices open PDFs automatically. If yours doesn’t, we recommend the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.
7. Can I print the manual?
Yes. You can print the whole document or only the pages you need.
8. Are the manuals searchable?
Most files have a text layer, so Ctrl+F (Command+F on Mac) finds words such as “clutch” or an error code. Older scanned books may be image-only; the product page shows whether the PDF is searchable.
9. The file is asking for a password. What is it?
The files are generally not password-protected. A password prompt might come from the browser’s built-in viewer: download the file and open it in Adobe Reader.
10. Why is the file size so big?
Service manuals contain many diagrams and scanned pages, so files are sometimes 100 MB or more. The product page shows the file size.

11. What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and PayPal.
12. Is my payment information safe?
We do not store card details. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal.
13. Can I get an invoice for my business?
You receive a receipt by email. For a VAT invoice for your company, reply to the order email and we will send one.
14. I bought the wrong manual. Can I change it?
If you have not downloaded the file yet, contact us immediately and we can swap it for the correct one. If you already downloaded it, contact support to discuss the options.
Refunds & Policies
15. What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are generally final. However, we will refund you if the file is corrupted, doesn’t work, or is materially different from the description. Full terms: Refund Policy.
16. What if the manual doesn’t cover my specific engine or model?
Check the models, serial ranges and engine listed on the product page and the sample pages before buying. If the description says the manual covers your engine or model and it does not, we issue a full refund.

17. What exactly is in the file?
A PDF of the manufacturer’s service, repair, operator or parts publication for the machines named on the product page — either a scan of the printed book or a digital original. The page count, file size, language and, where printed, the OEM publication number are listed on the product page; the sample pages show the actual print quality.
18. Do you have manuals for old machines?
Many of the manuals cover older and vintage equipment. If you don’t find a model, use the search bar or email us — some books are kept offline and not listed yet.
19. What language are the manuals in?
English, unless the title or description states another language.
20. Can I share this manual with someone else?
The purchase is a licence for personal use only. Please do not upload the files to public sharing sites or forums; see the Terms of Service.
