How do I pay for my manual?

Click on the ADD TO CART button on any product page.
This will bring you to your shopping cart.
Click on the orange CHECK OUT button.
You will see two payment options.

PayPal Payment
On the right side look for LOG IN TO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT.
Enter your Paypal email address and Paypal password
Click on the orange LOG IN button.
Review and place your order.
Wait 5-10 seconds to be forwarded to our secure download page + email on your PayPal account email with the download link.

Credit Card Payment
On the right side look for PAY WITH DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD (Continue without a PayPal account)
Click on this link.
Complete this form like any online credit card order.
Click on the orange REVIEW AND CONTINUE button.
Review and place your order.
Wait 5-10 seconds to be forwarded to our secure download page + email on your PayPal account email with the download link.

 

How do I download my manual?

You will be automatically forwarded there immediately after payment. You will see a link to download your manual along with a bunch of other interesting information you should read.
Click on the download link and wait for a pop-up screen that offers OPEN and SAVE options. Select SAVE and another screen will pop-up with your computers file manager page showing. Select the location where you would like to SAVE your new service manual (normally the DOCUMENTS or DOWNLOAD location) and click SAVE. Wait for the download to complete and then select OPEN. That’s it!

 

I was not forwarded to the download page?

It normally takes 5-10 seconds to be forwarded to our download page and many folks just can’t wait and hit the “Back” or “Home Page” button and leave the transaction too early. Not a problem! Within seconds after every order, we will automatically send you an email with a copy of the download link in it. Make sure you have youfixthis.com in your “safe” email settings if you use a SPAM filter of any kind.

 

I can download the file but it will not open?

Some of our files are downloaded in ZIP format. You must have an extractor program to open any ZIP file. You can use WINZIP or any other similar program.
Once the extractor program is loaded you simply click on the file and it will open into a PDF file.
If your file comes to you as several smaller PDF, HTML and/or JPG files create a folder on your hard drive (name it MANUAL or whatever you like) and copy the entire ZIP contents into it. Then click on the index, main or toe PDF or HTML file that is in the folder and go from there.

 

I never received an email with the download link in it?

#1  Put youfixthis.com in the “safe” domains area of your email settings. Then send us an EMAIL with your name and email address and we will send you another copy of the download email.
#2 Look in your SPAM or JUNK mail folders.
#3 Contact your email provider and ask them “why did I not receive my email from support@youfixthis.com?”

 

I have the link but cannot get it to download?

If you received the link but cannot get the download started, right-click on the link and select save. Tell it where to locate the file and then click save or ok.

If this does not work.
Contact us support@youfixthis.com and we will send another link for download.

 

I downloaded the file but adobe /PDF reader says “file corrupted /broken /failed to load /…”?
