Fiat

Fiat tractor repair manuals in PDF. Factory workshop manuals for the Fiat and Fiatagri tractors still working on farms today: the 780 and 880, the 45-66 through 80-66, the 90 series up to the 180-90 Turbo, and the Winner F100 through F130. The category also carries Fiat-Kobelco mini excavators, wheel excavators, skid steers, and backhoe loaders from the years Fiat and Kobelco built machines together.

These are Fiat’s own workshop books, with the 603.54 publication number Fiat printed on them. The 115-90 through 180-90 Turbo manual, publication 603.54.252.00, runs 507 pages from the engine block to the final drives, with lift and auxiliary hydraulic schematics and a power steering troubleshooting chart. Fiat tractors became New Holland in the 1990s, so a dealer today often cannot hand you the book for a 1980s Fiat.

Choosing the Right Fiat Manual

Repair Manuals are the workshop books for teardown and adjustment work, like the 55-90 through 100-90 manual or the two-volume Winner F100 through F130 set. Operator Manuals cover controls, lubricants, and the service schedule, and they exist here for the 45-66, the 110-90, and the Winner F100 through F130.

Why does the Fiat Series 66 download contain two books?

Fiat issued the Series 66 workshop manual in 1987 as a revision that reprinted only the changed pages and referred back to the older 466 through 766 book. Our Series 66 manual includes both books, 491 pages together, so no section is missing. The 780 and 880 manual, publication 603.54.201, gives factory data down to the injector spray orifice size.

My Fiat says DT, or it wears a Hesston or Ford badge. Which book fits?

A DT after the model means the four-wheel-drive version, and the DT models share a book with the two-wheel-drive tractors, as in the 580, 580DT, 680, and 680DT manual. Many 66 series tractors were also sold under Hesston, Ford, and New Holland names, so check the Fiat model number, not just the badge. For the six-cylinder 80 series, the 1180 through 1880 manual covers the whole range.
