Kawasaki
Kawasaki builds three very different kinds of machine covered by these service manuals in PDF. Most are for Kawasaki’s off-road vehicles: the Brute Force 650 and 750 and the Prairie ATVs, plus Mule and Teryx side-by-sides. Then there are the FR, FS, and FX V-twins that power riding mowers, and Kawasaki wheel loaders such as the 65TMV, a line Hitachi took over in 2016.
Kawasaki numbers its vehicle and engine service manuals with a 99924 part number. The Brute Force 650 book, 99924-1348-05, covers the 2005 to 2009 KVF650 in 528 pages, with cable, wire, and hose routing charts and torque tables for the whole machine. The loader books use a separate 93 series, such as 93207-00233 on the 65TMV shop manual.

Choosing the Right Kawasaki Manual
Kawasaki sells its vehicles by name and documents them by model code, so a Prairie 700 is a KVF700 and a Mule 2500 is a KAF620 in the Repair Manuals. If your mower’s engine is a FR691V or a FX730V, the FR, FS, and FX manual covers nine V-twin versions in one book. Loader owners also have the 50ZV parts catalog and the 62Z7 operator manual, filed under Parts and Operator Manuals.
Why does a Kawasaki manual start with 99924?
99924 is the prefix Kawasaki uses on its service manual part numbers. The Teryx 750 book is 99924-1397-01, and the FR, FS, and FX engine manual is 99924-2093-03, with the ignition and charging wiring on pages 149 to 151.
Can I use this manual if my Mule or loader is a different variant or serial?
The Mule 2500, 2510, and 2520 manual covers the KAF620 A1, A2, B1, B2, and C1, including the torque converter and drive belt. The 65TMV shop manual starts at serial 4001 and flags running changes by serial break, so you can tell which pilot valve and wiring loom your loader carries.
