Daewoo Solar series shop manuals covering micro excavators (S010, S015 PLUS) through the largest crawlers in the lineup (S450LC-V, S470LC-V). Each manual includes engine teardown procedures for the Isuzu and Cummins diesels used across the range, hydraulic pump and motor rebuild, electrical troubleshooting with EPOS controller diagnostics, and undercarriage service. Series V machines (“-V” suffix) make up the majority of the catalog. Series III models like the S220LC-3 and S330LC-3 are also covered.
Long Reach variants (“-LL” suffix) like the S220LL and S290LL have dedicated manuals with boom geometry and reach-specific hydraulic data. Narrow Long Crawler models (“-NLC”) like the S225NLC-V are covered separately. If your excavator carries a Doosan DX model number, the Solar line evolved into the DX series after 2005.
