Verify the spacer that seats the element; page 241 lists it at 1.2mm thickness, and a missing spacer will let an element collapse. Cross-reference the item number against your serial number range. The hydraulic tank breakdown runs from page 240, where the return filter element and its housing are listed with their serial ranges.

Measure the rod diameter in millimeters with calipers before ordering anything. Check the cylinder exploded views in the Boom and Arm Cylinders section; each seal kit is one item number covering the rod seal, wiper, and O-rings. Verify the serial number break in the parts list, since kits change between ranges. Boom cylinder parts start on page 612; the seal kit lists as one numbered item, so order the kit rather than chasing individual seals.

Check the boom and attachment parts diagram on page 406 to identify bucket, tooth, and side cutter item numbers. Measure the tooth pin center-to-center spacing in millimeters and count teeth across the cutting edge before ordering. Order side cutters as a left and right pair; the parts list shows quantity per assembly.

Check the chassis parts diagram on page 18, then pull item numbers from the parts number list on page 19. Measure the remaining roller shell diameter in millimeters against a new roller to decide what stays. Verify track roller, carrier roller, front idler, and track adjuster items against your serial number range.

Remove the failed hose and measure its overall length in millimeters, then note both fitting ends and thread type. Check the Grease Piping section starting on page 198 for the piping exploded views; each hose carries its own item number. Match the routing shown in the diagram to confirm you have the right line.
