Daewoo Solar 175LC-V upper structure won't swing under load, brake drags and rotation stalls halfway
Check pilot pressure at the swing brake release port before pulling the motor. Test main relief pressure at the pump; it should hold 320 kg/cm2 in normal mode, spec on page 65. If pressures check out, drain the swing reduction gearbox (3.3 liter capacity, page 403) and inspect the oil for metal flake.
