Written for the Mitsubishi FD40N1 series of diesel forklift trucks, this 221-page Operator Manual (OEM 99730-7A130) covers five capacity variants in both the MC lever and FC control box configurations. Your copy of the Mitsubishi FD40N1, FD45N1, FD50CN1, FD50N1, FD55N1 operator manual PDF goes through the meter panel icon by icon, including what each diagnostic code means when it shows on the LCD mid-shift. Maintenance takes up close to a third of the book and is scheduled by the hour meter, from the 10-hour pre-start check to the 2000-hour service, with lift chains, tilt cylinders, interlocks and the inching pedal on the inspection list. Change the hydraulic oil every 2000 service hours or 12 months, and replace the return oil filter at 200 service hours or one month after delivery, then check/replace it as part of the 1000 service hour maintenance. Second shift, a code on the display, nobody on site to ask. The PDF is bookmarked and searchable, and it shows where the serial number and capacity plate are, so you give the parts counter the right numbers first time.
