Part of the New Holland Operator Manuals.
New Holland issued part number 87477103 as the factory operator manual for the Boomer 2030 and 2035 tractors, and this PDF is that exact book, all 123 pages of it. Wiring diagrams map the complete electrical circuit, so you can trace a dead gauge or a blown fuse by the printed wire colors instead of by feel. Lubrication and maintenance fills nearly half the book, covering fuel and lubricant service, air cleaner care, and cooling system checks, while the operation section walks through the instrument panel, ROPS, seat belt, and proper starting procedure. If the temperature gauge climbs, confirm the thermostat begins opening at 71 C (160 F), and plan the day's work around the 27.6 liter fuel tank. Just you, a stalled tractor, and nobody to call. Bookmarked and keyword searchable, this download hands you the answer that gets the Boomer back in the field.

New Holland Boomer 2030, Boomer 2035 Common Problems This Manual Covers
New Holland Boomer 2030 cranks strong but will not start, no smoke from exhaust after refueling
The key switch only activates the starter motor and fuel delivery when the rear PTO and mid PTO (if equipped) are OFF and the range lever is in NEUTRAL; open the hand throttle one-fourth to one-third and do not engage the starting motor for more than 30 seconds (page 27). If the tractor ran out of fuel, the filter was changed or the lines were disconnected, bleed air from the fuel system (page 66). The fuel tank holds 27.6 liters (page 108).
Manual Section: Engine Starting p. 27Engine turns over slowly or will not crank on cold mornings, dash lights go dim
The tractor uses a BCI group 51, 12-volt battery with a minimum cold cranking ability of 450 amps at -18°C (0°F); keep the connections tight and free of corrosion, wash the terminals with a baking soda and water solution if needed and coat them with petroleum jelly, and keep a good charge in freezing temperatures (page 78). If jumper cables are needed, connect positive to positive, then the auxiliary battery negative to a tractor frame ground, and start from the seat (page 28). The crankcase takes 4.5 liters with the filter (page 108).
Manual Section: Engine Starting p. 78Three-point hitch raises implement slowly and loader drops under load at full throttle
Check the transmission oil level daily, and replace the hydraulic filter and the H.S.T. filter after the first 50 hours and then every 300 hours, as set out in the lubrication and maintenance chart on page 60. The hydraulic system relief valve setting is 147 bar (2133 PSI), with a 27 lpm (7.2 U.S. gpm) gear pump (page 110).
Manual Section: Hydraulic System p. 60Temperature gauge climbs into the red during loader work, coolant pushes into the recovery tank
Check the radiator coolant daily and clean the radiator fins (page 60); the Boomer 2030 and 2035 have no front radiator screen, since the radiator is a flow-through design (page 74). The cooling system holds 5.2 liters (page 108). Drain and flush the radiator and engine block every 12 months and refill with a 50/50 mixture of antifreeze and water to about 4 cm (1-1/2 in) below the bottom of the filler neck (page 74).
Manual Section: Cooling System Maintenance p. 74Engine runs cold all day, temperature gauge barely moves and cab heater stays lukewarm
Check the thermostat against the specification on page 109: it starts to open at 71°C (160°F) and is fully open at 82°C (185°F). Keep the coolant filled to about 4 cm (1-1/2 in) below the bottom of the filler neck, and recheck the level with the engine cold after it has reached normal operating temperature (page 74).
