Part of the New Holland Operator Manuals.
Three tractors, one book: the New Holland TS6020, TS6030 operator manual PDF, factory publication 84497609, covers the TS6020, TS6030, and TS6030HC across all 202 pages. Daily checks, instrument panel indicators, rear PTO and three point hitch operation, remote hydraulic valves, and the full hour based maintenance schedule from the first 50 hour service through the 1200 hour intervals all sit between its covers. Tire load and inflation charts tell you what pressure carries your ballast, and the specifications section pins down coolant, available transmissions, and PTO speeds. Plan on 160 L (42.3 US gal) at the fuel pump and 14 L when you drain and refill the cooling system. When it is just you, the tractor, and a warning lamp nobody can explain over the phone, the answer is bookmarked and text searchable. Pay once. It stays yours for the life of the tractor.

New Holland TS6020, TS6030, TS6030HC Common Problems This Manual Covers
New Holland TS6030 clutch pedal sticking halfway up, hard to feather when hooking implements, pedal travel feels uneven
Check clutch cable routing from the pedal to the release lever for kinks, rust, and chafed housing, then work the pedal through full travel by hand with the engine off. Grease the pedal pivot per the maintenance chart on page 139, and recheck cable adjustment at the first 50 hour service. Replace a frayed cable before planting starts.
Manual Section: Maintenance p. 139Tractor suddenly loses drive under load, low pressure warning comes on, drive returns after key off and restart
Park on level ground, shut the engine down, and check the transmission and hydraulic oil level right away; the shared reservoir holds 56 L, listed on page 161. Top up with the approved fluid and watch the warning lamp on the next warm up. If the low pressure light returns after a key cycle, park it and call your dealer.
Manual Section: Maintenance p. 161Temperature gauge climbs into the red during heavy tillage, coolant overflow bottle low every morning
Check coolant level in the recovery bottle cold each morning; the system holds 14 L, per the capacity listed on page 163. Clean chaff from the radiator and grille screens with compressed air, blowing from the engine side out. Verify the fan belt is tight and the radiator cap seals. Recheck the gauge after one warm lap of the field.
Manual Section: Maintenance p. 163Front axle whines in 4WD, oil seep around front hub seals after long road runs
Drain and refill the front axle housing and hubs if the oil looks milky or low; the 4WD axle takes 6.0 L and each hub takes 1.6 L, both listed on page 183. Check for seepage at the hub seals after road transport, and follow the change intervals on the maintenance chart on page 139 before fall fieldwork.
Manual Section: Specifications p. 183Wheel nuts work loose after tire swap, rim wobble felt at road transport speed
Torque the disc to wheel nuts to 280 to 340 N·m on any model, using the values on page 148, and recheck after the first hour of loaded work. Inspect studs for stretched threads and clean rust from the rim pilot before mounting. Retorque at each daily check until the nuts hold, and stay off the road until they do.
