Part of the New Holland Repair Manuals.
If a TS6020, TS6030 or TS6030HC lives on your place, this New Holland TS6020, TS6030, TS6030HC service manual PDF is the factory book for all three: 864 pages under OEM part 84547569. Electrical work claims the largest share, roughly a quarter of the book, with connector diagrams from X-001 through X-099 and full harness schematics frame by frame. Hydraulic schematics trace the remote valves, couplers, and steering circuits, while the drivetrain chapters walk the power coupling clutch, creeper reducers, both axles, and the rear hitch from teardown to reassembly. Set an M24 Class 10.9 flanged bolt to 1118 N·m (824 lb ft), and know an unplated M4 takes just 2.2 N·m (19 lb in). Guess a torque and you shear a stud during planting. The text layer answers keyword searches, bookmarks split every section, and the file rides wherever the tractor works.

New Holland TS6020, TS6030, TS6030HC Common Problems This Manual Covers
New Holland TS6030 remote hydraulics weak and slow, loader valve sluggish under load
Check the hydraulic oil level first; the rear axle reservoir feeds the transmission, steering, lubrication and hydraulic systems (page 40). The remote valves are fed by the main gear pump: at 2200 RPM a new pump delivers 49 l/min (13 US gpm) and a used pump 44 l/min (12 US gpm), with the safety valve activating at 176 - 182 bar (2552 - 2639 psi) (page 43). On tractors with the optional auxiliary pump, remote valve flow rises from 49 l/min to 83 l/min (22 US gpm), so test flow against the figure for your pump setup.
Manual Section: Primary Hydraulic Power System Troubleshooting p. 43Clutch slips under load or drags when shifting, pedal free play out of range
Measure clutch pedal free play first; the spec is 28 - 41 mm (1.102 - 1.614 in) (page 407). The clutch is a 330 mm dry disc with a self-adjusting, maintenance-free Belleville pressure plate. On reassembly, torque the clutch cover to flywheel screws to 35 N·m (26 lb ft), the clutch pedal locknut to 34 N·m (25 lb ft) and the bearing fork setscrew on the crosswise shaft to 47 N·m (35 lb ft) (page 407).
Manual Section: Electrical Power System Troubleshooting p. 407Dual Power won't change between Power and Direct, or ground speed doesn't change when it does
Test pressures at operating temperature: dual power system pressure should read 15.2 - 17.9 bar (220.4 - 259.6 psi) and lubrication system pressure 5.0 - 8.5 bar (72.5 - 123.3 psi) (page 428). The speed table on page 429 shows the change to expect, for example 4th gear in L range at 2200 RPM runs 23.57 km/h in Power and 30.31 km/h in Direct. If pressures are in range, the dual power system disassembly, inspection and end play procedures are listed in the transmission index on page 426; planetary gear box end play is 0.1 - 0.51 mm (page 428).
Manual Section: Transmission Mechanical Troubleshooting p. 428Three-point hitch hunts and makes excessive lift arm corrections with implement raised
Measure main system pressure first; the pump safety valve should activate at 176 to 182 bar (page 43). Then run the lift arm excessive corrections test on page 859: raise the implement to the maximum, stop the engine and check whether the arms lower, and examine the internal linkage for blockage or damage, especially the dial support, control roller and rod.
