Check the battery first: it should be a 450 cold cranking amp unit, so load test it and clean both cable ends. Verify you are fully on the seat, the HST pedals are neutral, and the PTO is off before cranking. Trace no-crank faults with the wiring diagram on page 89 and check every fuse.

Bleed the fuel system using the procedure on page 65 any time the 29.5 liter tank runs dry or a filter is changed. Open the bleed points, crank until fuel runs clear of bubbles, then snug the injector line fittings to 24-29 N·m (18-22 ft. lbs.). Check the filter bowl for water while you are there.
