Takeuchi TB015 hydraulic system loses pressure under heavy load or boom drifts downward during operation.
Inspect the boom cylinder for internal leakage as detailed on page 305. If the boom cylinder rod retracts, the cylinder is leaking internally. Verify the main relief valve set pressure reaches 195 kgf/cm2. Rebuild the cylinder with new seals, coating them lightly with grease before assembly.
