Claas Targo K50 brake pedal soft after axle service, needs repeated pumping to stop

Verify all brake pipes disturbed during axle work are tight before bleeding. Bleed the circuit at each bleed point until fluid runs clear with no bubbles, following the brake bleeding procedure on p. 62. Check the hydraulic tank holds 0.3 bar air pressure; a flat tank starves the brake supply. Road test and confirm a firm pedal on the first stroke.

Test the steering by cycling lock to lock several times at low idle to purge trapped air. Inspect the steering sensor lead and cylinder hose connections disturbed during the repair, then torque the steering cylinder attachment bolts to 120 Nm (88 lbf ft), listed with the axle torques on page 42. Recheck response at full lock both directions before road use.
