This is the factory Daedong workshop manual for the Kioti CK25, CK27, CK30 and CK35 compact tractors, including the CK25H, CK27H, CK30H and CK35H hydrostatic versions. Published in 2008 as publication D704-W01, it runs 402 pages and covers the TD1300LXA, 3A139LWM, 3A150LWM and 3A165LWM diesel engines. It documents every major system: engine, clutch, transmission, HST, front and rear axles, brakes, steering, hydraulics and electrical, with specifications, tightening torques, troubleshooting charts and step by step removal and installation procedures. With it you can diagnose a hard starting engine, rebuild the clutch, service the hydrostatic drive, set valve clearances and trace electrical faults from the wiring diagrams. Written for service technicians, it gives an owner or independent mechanic the same torque values and exploded views the dealer uses.

Kioti CK25, CK27, CK30, CK35, CK25H, CK27H, CK30H, CK35H Common Problems This Manual Covers
Engine cranks but will not start
Fuel delivery restrictions, air in the fuel system or a clogged filter often leave a CK series engine cranking without firing. The engine chapter carries the fuel system troubleshooting, injection service and valve clearance settings needed to find the fault.
Manual Section: Engine p. 53Weak or slow hydraulic lift
A three point hitch that lifts slowly or not at all usually points to low or contaminated hydraulic oil, a clogged filter or a worn pump. The hydraulic system chapter covers the control valve, lift cylinder and filter service.
Manual Section: Hydraulic System p. 311HST drive loss or creeping
On the H models the hydrostatic drive can slip, lose power or creep when stopped. The HST chapter documents the linkage adjustment and internal service that restore proper forward and reverse response.
Manual Section: HST p. 199Overheating under load
Coolant loss or overheating when working hard can come from a restricted radiator, a failing thermostat or a slack fan belt. The engine chapter includes the cooling system service and the fan belt tension spec.
Manual Section: Engine p. 53Heavy or jerky steering
Power steering that feels weak or jerky often traces to low hydraulic oil, air in the system or a worn steering unit. The steering chapter covers the steering cylinder and power steering unit repair.
Manual Section: Steering System p. 283Clutch drag or hard shifting
A dragging clutch or hard gear changes usually mean the clutch pedal free travel is out of spec or the disc is worn. The clutch chapter gives the free travel setting and disc replacement steps.
Manual Section: Clutch p. 131Frequently Asked Questions
