Part of the New Holland Repair Manuals.
This is the factory service manual for the New Holland T7.175, T7.190, T7.210 and T7.225 tractors, part number 47936461, covering both the Range Command powershift and the AutoCommand continuously variable transmission builds. The manual links each model and market to its FPT engine type, and the engine runs Selective Catalytic Reduction aftertreatment. The hydraulic section gives the main piston pump's displacement, flow and pressure alongside the separate charge and steering pumps, and the electrical section runs from page 2057 to page 6128, most of it harness drawings and fault-code tables.

New Holland T7.175, T7.190, T7.210, T7.225 Common Problems This Manual Covers
A remote valve or an implement is short of flow even though the hydraulics feel fine otherwise.
Check the figure that actually applies. Combined remote flow is 113.0 L/min, the same as the main pump maximum, but a single remote is limited to 95.0 L/min with mechanical valves or 100.0 L/min with electronic ones, so an implement rated above that will always seem starved. Confirm which valve type the tractor carries, then test the main pump against 113.0 L/min and 210.0 bar nominal before you open anything.
Manual Section: Hydraulic SystemsThe tractor derates and the dash reports an emissions or engine fault.
Read the code and work the fault-code section rather than the symptom. Codes from the Selective Catalytic Reduction control, the fuel injection circuits and the engine control system all present as a derate, and each carries a guided diagnostic naming what to measure and where. Once the test points at a circuit, use the harness drawing and connector diagram for your build and back-probe the pin they specify.
Manual Section: Electrical Systems: Fault Codes and DiagnosticsSteering is heavy or the front axle suspension behaves oddly.
They share a supply, so test the pumps before the components. The steering pump is a 25 cc gear pump limited to 170.0 bar, separate from the 45 cc main piston pump that feeds the remotes, the EDC lift and the front axle suspension valve. If steering and suspension both misbehave while the remotes are healthy, look at the steering pump and its circuit; if everything is slow, test the main pump. Both sections carry the test points and the overhaul procedures.

Which tractors does this manual cover?
The T7.175, T7.190, T7.210 and T7.225, in both the standard build and the AutoCommand continuously variable transmission build where each is offered. The front matter links each model and market to its FPT engine type: F4DFE613P*B003 on the T7.175, F4DFE613N*B006 on the T7.190, F4DFE613M*B003 on the T7.210 and F4DFE613K*B008 on the T7.225 AutoCommand.
What hydraulic flows should the tractor make?
The main pump is a 45 cc variable displacement piston pump giving a maximum 113.0 L/min (29.9 US gpm) at up to 210.0 bar (3045.0 psi) nominal at rated rpm. Combined flow at the remotes is the same 113.0 L/min, but a single remote gives 95.0 L/min (25.1 US gpm) with mechanical valves or 100.0 L/min (26.4 US gpm) with electronic ones. The charge pump is a 57 cc gear pump and the steering pump a 25 cc gear pump limited to 170.0 bar.
Does it cover the SCR emissions system?
Yes. The exhaust with Selective Catalytic Reduction sits in the engine section, and its control circuits have their own chapter in the electrical section alongside the engine control system, the fuel tank and fuel injection circuits and the alternator and battery. The fault-code tables then carry the codes those systems raise.
How much of the manual is electrical?
Nearly two thirds. The electrical section runs from page 2057 to page 6128. Harness drawings, connector diagrams and pin-out tables occupy 2101 to 3271, the engine, emissions and comfort circuits 3272 to 4363, and the fault-code index and guided diagnostics 4364 to 6128.
How big is the manual and can I search it?
It runs to 6221 pages in English and is a searchable, printable PDF. Search the text, print the pages you need for the bench, and keep the rest on a laptop in the workshop.
