The three-point lift will not raise, raises slowly, or drifts down under load.
Check the easy causes the manual lists before you strip anything: a blocked pump inlet filter and air drawn into the pump suction hose both produce exactly these symptoms. Clean or replace the filter and check the suction hose and its bearings first. If the supply is sound, the hydraulic section walks through the electro-hydraulic lifter, the control piston and the distributor, showing how oil is routed to raise and to lower the arms so you can tell a distributor fault from a tired pump.
