Doosan DX225LC weak uphill travel, one track runs slower than the other under load
Measure case drain flow from each travel motor with hydraulic oil warmed to 50 degrees C, using the test values on page 462. Flow over 2.0 liters per minute on one side means internal motor leakage. Verify drainage pressure stays under 0.8 kgf/cm2; higher readings point to a plugged drain line.

Test main relief pressure at the pump before condemning anything. On the DX225LC the spec is 330 kg/cm2 normal and 350 kg/cm2 in pressure-up mode, listed on page 73. If an adjusted relief valve will not hold pressure, replace the cartridge and torque it to 7.95 to 8.97 kg•m per page 537.
