From the drawbar and front drive through the lower roll drive, pickup and clutch, twine tie mechanism and gearbox, this 56-page Gehl 1310 and RB1310 parts catalog PDF (Form No. 906075) breaks the fixed chamber round baler down assembly by assembly. Each exploded view ties its callouts to Gehl part numbers and descriptions, so a worn chain roller, sprocket idler or pickup tine is matched to the exact assembly it came off. Options and accessories fill nearly a fifth of the book, from the twine wrapping kits to the automatic chain oiler, and a numerical index lets you trace a number stamped on an old part. When the new hardware goes on, torque a 1/4-20 bolt to 66 in-lbs dry or 50 in-lbs lubricated, per the standard chart on the back cover. Every day the baler sits, cut hay lies in the windrow. Bookmarked and text-searchable, the PDF gets you the right part number on the first order.

Gehl 1310, RB1310 Common Problems This Manual Covers
Gehl 1310 round baler hydraulic cylinder needs resealing, can't find the correct seal kit part number
Check the RB1310 Hydraulics parts list on page 33. The hydraulic cylinder is part 083028 (two required), and footnote c calls for seal kit 089603. Order a kit for each cylinder you open up, and confirm the hose assemblies and elbows against the same page before the baler goes back in the hay.
Manual Section: Hydraulics p. 33Hydraulic check valve needs seals, not sure whether my baler has the early or late style
Check the serial number first, then go to page 34. Late style manifold assembly 126101 (after SN18686) takes seal kit 126362. Early style check valve 170-33853 takes seal kit 190-32613, with poppet relief kit 170-33313 for the poppet and spring. Page 33 notes 126101 is the replacement order for the early valve.
Manual Section: Check Valve p. 34Gearbox oil seal and bearing part numbers differ by serial number, which parts list applies
Verify your serial number before ordering. Units after SN17175 use the page 35 gearbox (assembly 084378), with oil seal 084597 and bearing 084599, which includes the bearing cup. Units before SN17176 use page 36 (assembly 250-32477), seal 335-32205, and bearing cups and cones matched to the cap's A dimension of 3.15 or 2.84 inches.
Manual Section: Gearbox p. 35PTO telescoping driveline cross worn and grease fitting broken, need Weasler repair kit part numbers
Check the Weasler telescoping drive breakdown on page 37 for units after SN17175. Cross repair kit 084241 is listed two required, cross kit 045327 is listed separately, and grease fitting 570009 replaces a snapped zerk. Confirm your shaft is Weasler, not Walterscheid, before ordering, because the after SN17175 parts lists differ by maker.
Manual Section: Telescoping Drive p. 37Hitchjack crank or gears worn out, need the correct internal parts kit for the Wesbar jack
Measure your jack first: page 40 lists the Wesbar 088841 at 15 in. travel (23.8 in. retracted) and the 071119 at 10 in. travel (17.5 in. retracted). Both use gear kit 077836 and internal parts kit 094283. Early Hammerblow jacks take kit 071272, which includes the bevel gears, thrust bearing and grease fitting.
Manual Section: Hitchjack p. 40Safety decals faded or painted over after refinishing, need the full decal set and paint numbers
Check each decal against the location photos on page 5 before you refinish, then order RB1310 decal set 117513. Clean surfaces of dirt, dust and grease before applying. Page 5 cautions to always read and abide by the safety rules on decals, and damaged or unreadable decals must be replaced. Paint is 901225 Blaze or 901226 Maize, one gallon each.
