Engine, chassis and hydraulic service on Iseki TS3510, 4010 and 4510 tractors is settled in one 170-page factory manual. Wiring diagrams in this Iseki TS3510 service manual PDF lay out the electrical circuits, and hydraulic schematics show how the hydraulic system's components connect. Chassis chapters take you through the single and dual clutch, transmission, differential lock, brakes, the 4WD front axle and toe-in, while troubleshooting charts separate engine faults from tractor faults. Valve clearance is 0.45 mm (0.0177 in.), intake and exhaust. Head bolts tighten in sequence from the center, first to 3-5 kg-m (22-36 lb-ft), then on to a final 8.0 kg-m (58 lb-ft). Your fuel filter element is due every 600 hours, so it is the part to order before the next service. Bookmarks for each chapter and a searchable text layer let you set the valves and torque the head to Iseki's own figures.

Iseki TS3510, TS4010, TS4510 Common Problems This Manual Covers
Iseki TS3510 starter turns the engine over but the diesel engine will not start
Bleed the fuel piping first, since air in the lines heads the hard starting chart on page 163. Clean a clogged fuel filter element (clean every 300 hours, replace at 600 hours per page 62) and tighten any loose high pressure pipe. Test glow plugs against 1.8 Ω normal resistance and inspect the wiring (page 164). Never make a short out test on these sheathed glow plugs (page 71).
Manual Section: Engine Troubleshooting p. 163Engine puts out too much white smoke or black smoke from the exhaust
Replace water-contaminated fuel with pure fuel on white smoke, then check compression and injection time lag per page 166, and do not let the engine run overcooled. For black smoke, adjust too advanced injection timing and uneven injection, and clean the air cleaner (page 80). Never strike the element against stone or concrete, clean its rubber seal, and never dry it with an electric bulb (page 87).
Manual Section: Too Much Exhaust Smoke p. 166Engine on the tractor keeps running hot and overheating during normal operation
Check coolant level and look for scale formation, then inspect the fan belt and replace it if loose, worn, or broken, as page 164 directs. Replace a poorly functioning thermostat, clean clogged radiator air passages, and clean or replace a restricted exhaust system (page 165). Adjust injection timing and set valve clearance to 0.45 mm cold following page 34.
Manual Section: Engine Troubleshooting p. 165Clutch slips or will not fully disengage when the clutch pedal is pushed down
Adjust free play and working movement of the clutch pedal first, then check adjustment of the clutch release lever following page 168. Inspect the clutch disc and repair or replace it if worn or burnt; a disc rusted and stuck needs repair. Replace a worn connecting part of the clutch rod before you put the tractor back on the drawbar.
Manual Section: Clutch Troubleshooting p. 168Brakes do not work well, only one brake works, or the brake pedal does not return
Adjust brake free play first, since improper adjustment tops the brake chart on page 168. Inspect for oil leaking into the brake chamber and repair the leak at its source. Replace worn or seized brake lining. If the pedal does not return well, clean the moving parts and apply grease before the tractor goes back to work.
Manual Section: Brake Troubleshooting p. 168Steering wheel has too much free play, turns heavy, or tends to turn by itself
Check the steering shaft for wear and retighten it with the adjusting bolt, then retighten play in the joints following page 168; repair or replace worn metal. For heavy steering or wander, adjust toe-in, set each tire to its specified air pressure, retighten or replace worn linkage ends, and retighten a loose front wheel hub on the front axle.
Manual Section: Steering and Suspension Troubleshooting p. 168Frequently Asked Questions
How do I bleed the fuel system on an Iseki TS3510, TS4010, or TS4510?
To bleed the fuel system, use the bleeder screw located on the head of the overflow valve on the fuel filter assembly. Ensure all fuel lines are properly connected and tightened before attempting to bleed the system. p. 62
How do I adjust the clutch on an Iseki TS3510, TS4010, or TS4510?
The free play of the clutch pedal should be approximately 20 mm (0.787 in.). For the single clutch, the clearance between the stopper and the end of the hex head bolt should be 14 mm (0.551 in.), and for the dual clutch, it should be 22 mm (0.866 in.). p. 94
What are the torque specifications for the cylinder head bolts on the Iseki TS3510, TS4010, TS4510?
The cylinder head bolts must be tightened to a torque of 8.0 kg-m (58 lb-ft). Tighten them in a progressive sequence starting from the center. p. 33
What are the fuel filter replacement specifications for the Iseki TS3510, TS4010, TS4510 tractor?
The fuel filter element should be cleaned every 300 hours of operation and replaced with a new one every 600 hours. If water is allowed into the fuel filter, it causes the element to swell and it must be replaced immediately. p. 62
What is the correct valve clearance for the Iseki TS3510, TS4010, TS4510 engine?
The valve clearance for both the intake and exhaust valves should be adjusted to 0.45 mm (0.0177 in.) when the engine is cold. p. 34
