Part of the New Holland Repair Manuals.
This is the factory service manual for the New Holland T5.100, T5.110 and T5.120 Electro Command tractors, part number 51487926. All three run the 16x16 Semi-Powershift Electro Command transmission and a Selective Catalytic Reduction exhaust system, and the manual links each model to its FPT engine type by market. It works through the tractor system by system, and the electrical section takes almost half the book: harness drawings, the emissions and machine control circuits, and the fault-code tables with the guided test behind each code.

New Holland T5.100 Electro Command, T5.110 Electro Command, T5.120 Electro Command Common Problems This Manual Covers
The hydraulics or the steering feel down on flow compared with another tractor.
Identify the pump fitment before you test, because two are offered and they are not interchangeable in expectation. The standard circuit gives 65.0 L/min from a 25 cm3 pump with 37 L/min of steering flow from a 14 cm3 pump, while the high-capacity circuit gives 84.0 L/min from a 32 cm3 pump with 43 L/min of steering flow. Both are measured at 2300 rpm. Then check the relief settings, 190 bar on the high pressure circuit and 170 bar on the steering circuit.
Manual Section: Hydraulic SystemsThe tractor derates and the dash reports an emissions or ECU fault.
Read the code and work the fault-code section, which covers the ECU internal diagnostic faults alongside the Selective Catalytic Reduction control faults. Each code carries its conditions and a guided diagnostic naming what to measure and where. When the test points at a circuit, use the harness drawing and the connector component diagram to reach the exact pin rather than replacing a module or a dosing component on suspicion.
Manual Section: Electrical Systems: Fault Codes and DiagnosticsThe Electro Command transmission shifts harshly, slips under load, or will not shuttle cleanly.
Treat it as hydraulic and electrical together. The transmission section covers the 16x16 Semi-Powershift with its control valves and clutch packs and gives the clutch pressure test procedure, so you can tell a failing pack from a solenoid that is never commanded. Pull any stored code first, check the pressures second, then strip the box. The electrical section carries the transmission circuits and their connector diagrams.
Manual Section: TransmissionFrequently Asked Questions
Which tractors does this manual cover?
The T5.100, T5.110 and T5.120 Electro Command. The front matter links each model to its FPT engine type and the market it was built for: F5GFL413W*C001 on the T5.100, F5GFL413V*C001 on the T5.110 and F5GFL413U*C002 on the T5.120. All three carry the 16x16 Semi-Powershift Electro Command transmission.
Which hydraulic pumps are fitted and what do they flow?
There are two fitments and the manual gives both. The standard circuit uses a 25 cm3 high pressure pump giving 65.0 L/min (14.3 UK gpm) at 2300 rpm with a 14 cm3 steering pump giving 37 L/min (8 UK gpm). The high-capacity circuit uses a 32 cm3 high pressure pump giving 84.0 L/min (18.5 UK gpm) with a 16 cm3 steering pump giving 43 L/min (9 UK gpm). Relief is 190 bar (2755 psi) on the high pressure circuit and 170 bar (2465 psi) on the steering circuit.
Does it cover the SCR emissions system?
Yes. The exhaust with Selective Catalytic Reduction is covered in the engine section, and its control circuits sit in the electrical section alongside the battery and charging, the front axle control system, the satellite navigation, the lighting and the warning indicators. The fault-code tables then carry the codes each of those systems raises, including ECU internal diagnostic faults.
How much of the manual is electrical?
Almost half. Harness drawings, connector diagrams and pin-out tables run from page 2745 to page 3340, the machine and emissions control circuits from 3341 to 4074, and the fault-code index and guided diagnostics from 4075 to 5112. The front loader, accessories and cab sections follow after that.
How big is the manual and can I search it?
It runs to 5495 pages in English and is a searchable, printable PDF. Search the text, print the pages you need for the bench, and keep the rest on a laptop in the workshop.
How will I receive this New Holland T5.100 Electro Command, T5.110 Electro?
Immediate download of the complete 5495-page searchable Service Manual (559 MB). Access it on any device, from a laptop at your desk to a phone in the field.
Am I able to print pages from this New Holland T5.100 Electro Command, T5.110?
