Part of the New Holland Repair Manuals.
Factory service manual for the TVT135, TVT145, TVT155, TVT170, TVT190 and TVT195 tractors with the SisuDiesel engine, spanning 135 PS to 190 PS rated power. Page 13 indexes power by engine type code (620.95 through 620.99) rather than by model name, so identify your machine from the engine plate. You get full engine teardown data (cylinder head bolts at 80 Nm plus 90 plus 90 degrees, crankshaft bearing bolts at 200 Nm, valve clearance 0.35 mm), common rail injection service including injector overhaul, the CC-LS closed center hydraulics, EDC hitch control, and transmission cartridge disassembly with SGR fault codes. The electrical chapters carry the real weight on these machines: wiring harness part numbers, a circuit diagram index by function group, and the ADIC fault code list with cause and solution for each code. Steering axle overhaul with torques, rear axle, parking interlock and cabin air conditioning round it out.

New Holland TVT135–TVT195 Series Common Problems This Manual Covers
Tractor will not take up drive, forward clutch fault logged
The section SGR - 189 Forward clutch - clutch does not close on page 1642 handles the case where the forward clutch should be closed but the SGR diagnoses it as open, walking through the cause and remedy for that code.
Manual Section: SGR - 189 Forward clutch - clutch does not close p. 1642Tractor stuck in a limited speed limp mode
Section SGR - 204 Clutch K1 - clutch does not open on page 1649 covers exactly this symptom: the vehicle can only be driven at a limited speed. The fault code entry gives you the cause and the fix path instead of guessing at the hydraulics.
Manual Section: SGR - 204 Clutch K1 - clutch does not open p. 1649Red warning lamp flashing with a periodic alarm sound
The DMD Dot Matrix Display section on page 209 decodes this: ENGINE OIL PRESSURE TOO LOW, where the red warning lamp flashes, the alarm sounds periodically and the engine oil pressure warning lamp lights up. Shut it down and check pressure before anything else.
Manual Section: DMD (Dot Matrix Display) warnings p. 209Engine loses power when running hot
Page 1284, EEM2 - 112 Coolant temperature too high, explains the behavior: once coolant exceeds the 106 C overheating limit, engine power is reduced above this limit to prevent overheating. The section ties the power cut to the fault code so you know it is protection, not a failure.
Manual Section: EEM2 - 112 Coolant temperature too high, warning p. 1284Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reset an active fault code on the tractor display?
The manual covers this in the Key for tractor RESET section on page 214: the RESET key, held for 5 seconds, resets an active fault displayed on the ADIC. No laptop needed for that step, just the key on the display itself. p. 214
The display says AUX 1 was switched off because temperature is too high. How do I clear it?
That is ECCU2 fault 85, covered on page 1155. Per the manual, the ignition switch must be turned to the OFF position once for more than 5 seconds, which performs the RESET. Fix the cause of the overheating first or it comes right back. p. 1155
Do I need to recalibrate the transmission after a repair?
Yes in the cases the manual flags. For SGR fault 144, HCU no feedback, the procedure on page 1631 ends with an explicit instruction: afterwards, recalibrate the unit using the Service Tool. The manual tells you which repairs demand calibration instead of leaving you guessing. p. 1631
At what oil pressure does the engine alarm trigger?
EEM2 fault 99 on page 1278 spells it out: the alarm fires when oil pressure drops below 0.5 bar. That number matters because it tells you whether you are chasing a real pressure loss or a sender problem before you pull anything apart. p. 1278
What coolant temperature sets off the overheating warning?
Page 1284, EEM2 fault 112: the overheating limit value is 106 C, and the warning can be detected with the ADIC after 110 C. Knowing the exact thresholds lets you compare against a gauge reading and rule out a lying sensor. p. 1284
