Covers the Landini Powerfarm 60, 65, 75, 85, 95 and 105, plus the Powerfarm and Powershuttle 75, 85, 95 and 105. Engines are the Perkins 1103C-33, 1104C-44 and turbo 1104C-44T. The book is Landini's training manual 3675939M2, Pre-Sale Service edition, November 2005, and its 1119 pages carry full service content.
You get Speedfour and Powershuttle power train diagrams, driving torques, hydraulic circuit and wiring diagrams, power lift tests and adjustments, clutch calibration and the alarm code list. Every day the tractor sits with a shuttle alarm on the dash is a day of drilling or baling lost to the weather.
Order against number 3675939M2 so the book on your bench is the one written for the tractors in your shed.

Landini Powerfarm 60–105, Powershuttle 75–105 Common Problems This Manual Covers
Powershuttle alarm code flashing on the dashboard display
Note the code shown, for example AL 99, and look it up in the alarm code autodiagnosis tables. Each entry gives the component, the cause, the terminals to test and the remedy. Check the harness at those terminals before you condemn the control unit.
Manual Section: Troubleshooting - Alarm Code Autodiagnosis p. 1007Harsh or wrong shuttle engagement after replacing the electronic control unit
Calibrate the clutch assemblies as the manual requires after any control unit replacement. Follow the clutch calibration procedure in the Calibration chapter step by step. Then road test forward and reverse shuttle shifts before you take it back out to the field.
Manual Section: Calibration - Clutch Calibration Procedure p. 1015Power lift reacts late to manual and automatic commands
Run the hydraulic tests first to confirm pump and valve pressures are right, including the 180 ± 5 bar lift calibration valve. Only then carry out the five lift adjustments in the order given. Skipping ahead just moves the fault around the draft control linkage.
Manual Section: Mechanical Power Lift - Hydraulic Tests and Adjustments p. 547Head gasket leak or head bolt trouble after cylinder head work
Follow the tightening sequence in the Engine chapter. Take each screw to 110 Nm in numeric order, then add the angle turns: 270 degrees for screws marked L, 225 degrees for the rest. Set the tappets cold to 0.20 mm intake and 0.45 mm exhaust.
Manual Section: Engine - Cylinder Head Tightening Sequence p. 91Frequently Asked Questions
An alarm code is flashing on the Powershuttle display. How do I find out what it means?
Go to the alarm code autodiagnosis section in chapter 11, Troubleshooting. Each code is listed with the component, the likely cause, the terminals to check and the remedy. AL 99, for example, points to a short or open circuit at the control unit. Work through the check-control section first so you are not chasing a fault the dash already explained. p. 1007
I fitted a new Powershuttle control unit and now the shuttle engages harshly. What did I miss?
Most likely the clutch calibration. The manual says the clutch assemblies must be calibrated whenever the electronic control unit is replaced. A new unit does not know your clutch packs. Chapter 10, Calibration, lists the components involved, when to calibrate and the full clutch calibration procedure. p. 1015
What is the cylinder head bolt torque on the Perkins 1103C-33 and 1104C-44 engines in Landini Powerfarm tractors?
Torque the head screws to 110 Nm in the numbered sequence shown in the Engine chapter. Then turn them a further 270 degrees for screws marked L, or 225 degrees for the rest. Use an angle gauge, not guesswork. The same chapter gives 245 Nm for the 5/8 UNF main bearing screws. p. 91
My three-point hitch is slow to answer the lift controls. Where do I start?
Do the hydraulic tests in the Mechanical Power Lift chapter first, then the five adjustments in order. The book only has you adjust once the tests check out. It covers both the standard and load sensing valve systems, with a troubleshooting table at the end. p. 547
What relief pressures should the steering, remote hydraulics and lift run at?
The steering calibration valve is set to 125 ± 5 bar on 2WD axles and 150 ± 5 bar on 4WD. Auxiliary control valves and the power lift calibration valve run at 180 ± 5 bar. On the Speedfour version the pump maximum is 180 bar. Having the operating pressure test procedures to hand is reason enough to own the book. p. 30
