Measured compression pressure is below the limit value
Before you blame rings or valves, start where the troubleshooting chart in the Engine section starts: the air cleaner element. Clean the element and retest compression. If it still reads low, work down the chart to the next items.

When every function goes weak at once, the stacked control valve troubleshooting chart points to a relief valve malfunction. Measure the relief valve pressure with the procedures in the pressure and performance tests. Compare your reading to the printed main relief setting for P1 and P2, 23 - 23.5 MPa (3336 - 3409 psi) at 26.4 l/min (7.0 US gpm).

When the pedal damping does not work, the pedal control troubleshooting chart lists air trapped in the piston chamber. Bleed it out by working the pedal through its travel several times, then check the damping again.

Oil weeping from the hydraulic swivel in the middle of the undercarriage is traced by the hydraulic swivel troubleshooting chart to a defective O-ring. The troubleshooting chart says to replace all of the seal parts, not just the one that is leaking. Use the hydraulic central joint procedures for removal, disassembly and reassembly.
