New Holland B95C, B95C LR, B95C TC, B110C Common Problems This Manual Covers
Fault code 19264-DEF/AdBlue tank heater actuator open load failure
In the Fault Codes (DTC) section, code 19264 points to an internal failure in the DEF/AdBlue tank heating valve Y-9102. Measure resistance between Y-9102 pin 1 and pin 3. It should read 11 - 16 Ω. If it reads outside that range, replace the heating valve. The Wire Connector Component Diagrams chapter gives the connector pin numbers.
Manual Section: FAULT CODES - 19264 DEF/AdBlue tank heater actuator open load failure p. 2531Power shuttle transmission overheating
The Power Shuttle Transmission troubleshooting table lists a damaged cooling system as a cause of overheating, and the fix is to repair the cooling system. Total power shuttle system capacity on 4WD machines is 20.8 L (22.0 US qt). The same chapter covers the oil pump and filters and control valve modulation.
Manual Section: Power shuttle transmission - Troubleshooting p. 289Foamy hydraulic oil
In Hydraulic Systems pump troubleshooting, the first cause listed for foamy oil is low oil level, and the remedy is to fill the tank. Refilling the reservoir to the sight glass line takes 51.2 L (13.5 US gal). The pump chapter also gives the loader main relief pressure for fixed displacement pump machines, 205 bar (2972 psi) +/- 3 bar (44 psi).
Manual Section: Hydraulic systems - Troubleshooting - Hydraulic pump p. 934Starter motor anomalous noise
Starter motor troubleshooting in the Starting and Charging section lists anomalous bushing wear as a cause of anomalous noise, and the fix is to replace the bushing. The same section covers starter removal and installation. It also gives the battery disconnection and connection procedure.
Manual Section: Engine starter - Troubleshooting - Starter motor p. 1762Frequently Asked Questions
