Part of the New Holland Repair Manuals.
This is the factory repair manual for the New Holland TN60VA, TN75VA and TN95VA narrow vineyard tractors, complete repair part number 87352279. It is split the way New Holland numbers the tractor: engine, clutch, transmissions, front-wheel drive, axles, PTO, brakes, hydraulics, steering, wheels, air conditioning, electrical and cab. The engine section tabulates all three tractors side by side, and they are not the same engine: the TN60VA and TN75VA share a 3-cylinder block while the TN95VA runs a 4-cylinder, and the TN95VA even carries a different engine type with and without a cab.

New Holland TN60VA, TN75VA, TN95VA Common Problems This Manual Covers
Ordering engine parts for a TN95VA and getting the wrong ones.
Check whether the tractor has a cab. The manual lists two engine types for the TN95VA: 8045.25C.929 with a cab and 8045.25S.925 without, and they are not interchangeable line for line even though both are the turbocharged 4-cylinder of 3900 cm3. The TN60VA and TN75VA are a different block again, a 3-cylinder of 2931 cm3, with the TN60VA naturally aspirated at 17:1 and the TN75VA turbocharged at 16.5:1.
Manual Section: SECTION 10 - ENGINEThe engine is down on power or smokes under load.
Work against the figures for your tractor rather than a generic number. Maximum power comes at 2300 rpm and is 43.5 kW on the TN60VA, 55.5 kW on the TN75VA and 67.5 kW on the TN95VA, so a turbocharged TN75VA short on boost behaves nothing like a naturally aspirated TN60VA short on compression. The engine section carries the timing system, the valve train and the full overhaul with the clearances for each block.
Manual Section: SECTION 10 - ENGINEThe three-point lift is slow, will not hold, or the remotes fade as the oil warms.
The hydraulic section runs from page 685 to page 886 and splits the tractor into a high-pressure and a low-pressure circuit, giving the test procedure for each so you can tell a tired pump from a lift control that has drifted. It then covers the pump, the lift with its draft, position and float controls, the remote valves and the three-point linkage, with the test points and the overhaul procedures.

Which tractors does this manual cover?
The TNVA vineyard series: TN60VA, TN75VA and TN95VA, under complete repair part number 87352279. The chassis, transmissions, axles, hydraulics and electrics are common, but the engines are not, and the manual tabulates all three side by side.
Which engine is in each tractor?
The TN60VA runs engine type 8035.05C.929, a naturally aspirated 3-cylinder of 2931 cm3 with a 17:1 compression ratio. The TN75VA runs 8035.25.929, the same 3-cylinder block turbocharged at 16.5:1. The TN95VA steps up to a 4-cylinder of 3900 cm3, also turbocharged at 16.5:1, and it carries a different engine type depending on the build: 8045.25C.929 with a cab and 8045.25S.925 without.
What power does each make?
All at 2300 rpm: 43.5 kW (59 Hp) on the TN60VA, 55.5 kW (76 Hp) on the TN75VA and 67.5 kW (92 Hp) on the TN95VA. Bore and stroke are common across the three at 104 mm by 115 mm, which is why the 4-cylinder TN95VA reaches 3900 cm3.
Does it include the wiring diagrams?
Yes. The electrical section runs from page 985 to page 1306. Components and circuits, including the starting and charging systems, the alternator and starter motor overhauls, the battery and the instruments, occupy 985 to 1058, and the wiring schematics with harness connector views, fuses, relays, lighting and the circuit test procedures fill 1059 to 1306.
How big is the manual and can I search it?
It is 1330 pages in English, a searchable and printable PDF. Search the text, print the pages you need for the bench, and keep the rest on a laptop in the workshop.
How quickly can I access this New Holland TN60VA, TN75VA, TN95VA manual after?
