Hydraulic functions are slow or weak, and the hydrostatic drive also feels off.

Do not treat those as two faults. The CCLS pump is charged from the hydrostatic return oil, which reaches it through the oil cooler at 60 l/min, so a restricted cooler or a hydrostatic problem starves the hydraulic pump directly. Check the return flow and the cooler first, then measure against the 197 bar high pressure relief setting before you condemn the CCLS pump itself.

The header will not float properly, or lateral float feels harsh.

Check both accumulators, since the circuit uses two at different pressures. One is charged to 80 bar (1160 psi) and one to 100 bar (1450 psi), each 0.5 L. A soft accumulator makes the float feel dead or bouncy long before a cylinder or valve is at fault. The hydraulic section names the lateral flotation control valve, the pressure compensation valve, the minimum pressure valve and both accumulators on one numbered circuit.

Steering goes heavy under load while other functions work.

Steering is fed through a priority valve and a load-sensing shuttle valve and protected by its own steering relief valve, so it is the first thing to suffer when supply drops and the last thing to blame. Confirm the CCLS supply and the high pressure relief at 197 bar, then work the steering section for the motor, the cylinders and the relief valve. Only then look at the priority valve itself.
