Part of the New Holland Repair Manuals.
Your LM7.35 is parked with a service due, or your LM6.35 ELITE has a code on the dash and the boom won't retract. This is the New Holland Stage IIIB telehandler service manual, part number 48191037, English, August 2017. It covers the LM6.32, LM6.35 ELITE, LM7.35, LM7.42 ELITE and LM9.35 for the European market.
The job usually stalls on one number: how much oil goes back in, or what the steering relief should read. In this book it's 12 l of engine oil with the filter, 157 L for the hydraulic system and 170 - 178 bar for the steering relief. The fault code tables come with circuit tests that go down to the connector pin.
Engine overhaul is in a separate manual, 84392377. The driveline, hydraulics, boom, cab and wiring are all covered here.

New Holland LM6.32–LM9.35 Common Problems This Manual Covers
Telescope won't retract on an LM6.35 ELITE or LM7.42 ELITE and fault code 9005 (PWM output error for tele in axis) is logged
The fault code entry points to an open circuit in the supply line to the telescope retract valve Y-024. Check the line one segment at a time: X-023-54 to X-942-AC1, X-942-AC1 to X-702-1, X-702-2 to X-942-AC2, then X-942-AC2 to X-023-85. The same fault code entry applies to the LM6.35 ELITE and LM7.42 ELITE; the circuit starts and ends at hydraulic controller connector X-023.
Manual Section: Electrical systems - FAULT CODES p. 2264Fault code 12462 (Park Brake diagnostic failure within 5s): the park brake is commanded on but the system doesn't detect it as engaged
The manual gives the cause as a failed park brake pressure switch whose contacts stay open. The action is to replace the park brake pressure switch B-025. The rear axle and brakes section covers the parking brake itself.
Manual Section: Electrical systems - FAULT CODES p. 2324Hydraulic service brake pressure reads lower than 40 bar (580 psi) on the pressure test
Run the hydraulic service brake pressure test in the rear axle and brakes section. If the pressure is lower than 40 bar (580 psi), the manual points to leaks in the brake system. Find and repair the leaks, then repeat steps 2 and 3 of the test. The same section covers bleeding the brakes. The system holds 1 l of brake fluid.
Manual Section: Brakes and controls - Hydraulic service brakes p. 382Fault code 2931 (Unknown data from ZF serial line) is logged by the TCU
The fault code entry gives the cause as a failure of the Transmission Control Unit (TCU), and the action it prints is to replace the TCU. The transmission electrical schematic sheet shows the TCU with its solenoid valves, speed sensor inputs and connectors, and the transmission section covers the ZF Powershift external controls.

Which machines does the New Holland LM6.32 / LM6.35 / LM7.35 / LM7.42 / LM9.35 Stage IIIB service manual cover?
It covers the LM6.32, LM6.35 ELITE, LM7.35, LM7.42 ELITE and LM9.35 Stage IIIB telehandlers for the European market. The part number is 48191037, dated August 2017. The book doesn't print a PIN or serial range, so match it to your machine by model name. Full engine overhaul is in a separate manual, 84392377. p. 2
What is the engine power of the New Holland LM6.32, LM7.35, LM9.35 and the LM6.35, LM7.42?
All five use the FPT NEF 4-cylinder, 4.5 L engine. The LM6.32, LM7.35 and LM9.35 run the F4HFE413C*A at 81 kW rated at 2200 RPM, with a peak of 89 kW at 1800 RPM. Their peak torque is 498 N·m at 1500 RPM. The LM6.35 and LM7.42 use the F4HFE413J*A at 96 kW rated, 105 kW peak at 1900 RPM and 590 N·m at 1500 RPM. p. 63
How much engine oil, coolant, fuel and hydraulic oil do these New Holland telehandlers take?
Engine oil is 12 l (3.2 US gal) with a filter change. Coolant is 24 l (6.3 US gal) and the fuel system holds 140 l (37 US gal). The hydraulic system takes 157 L (41.5 US gal) in total, and the hydraulic filter is changed every 500 h. The transmission plus transfer box takes 17 L, brake fluid is 1 l and the AdBlue tank holds 32 L. p. 42
Which transmissions do the New Holland LM telehandlers use and how many gears?
The LM6.32, LM7.35 and LM9.35 use the ZF Powershift 4WG98TSC with 4 forward and 3 reverse gears. The LM6.35 and LM7.42 get the 6WG98TSC with 6 forward and 3 reverse gears. The transmission section covers external controls, clutch disassembly and assembly, the gearbox, the torque converter and the pressure test points. p. 114
Does the manual include wiring diagrams, hydraulic schematics and fault codes?
Yes. There are separate electrical schematic sheets for the standard models and the ELITE models, plus wire connector diagrams with pin assignments. It also includes hydraulic schemas for both model groups and steering hydraulic schemas. The fault code section lists causes and actions. For example, 2931 (Unknown data from ZF serial line) points to a failed TCU that needs replacing. p. 848
