Part of the New Holland Parts Manuals.
What's inside: the factory New Holland illustrated parts catalogue for the TM135 tractor, 1,151 pages, keyed to production from 11/99 onward. Every figure is an exploded drawing with its own table beside it - Ref, Part Number, Qty, Description - so you match a callout on the drawing to the number you order. Sections 01 to 11 walk the whole tractor: engine, engine equipment, transmission, front and rear axle, electrical, hydraulics, sheet metal, linkage and the driver's compartment. The middle of the book is factory options and variants - creeper transmission, CCLS remote and trailer-brake valves, PTO speed variants, loader controls - and pages 1073 to 1151 carry a bolt-on 72LA Farm Loader catalogue. Shared part rows print their own model applicability, naming TM125, TM150 and TM165 where a component crosses over. This is a parts-identification book: it has no repair procedures, torque values or troubleshooting, and does not pretend to.

New Holland TM135 Common Problems This Manual Covers
Ordered a 4WD front propeller shaft that would not fit, because TM135s came with several different driveline builds.
The Front Axle section splits the propeller shaft into separate figures by build: Supersteer axle versions C4592 and D4592, plus a dedicated figure for tractors with Hi-Lo 24x12 (equipment 272) or the mechanical 20x16 transmission (equipment 243). Match your axle type and equipment code to the correct figure before pulling a part number.
Manual Section: Front AxlePTO parts mixed up between speed variants - clutch and shaft components differ between the 540/1000 and 540/750/1000 units.
Identify your PTO before ordering anything. The catalogue carries separate breakdowns for the 540/1000 rpm with spring as C4730 and D4730, plus distinct figures for the synchro mesh geared power take-off and the 540/750/1000 rpm unit. Count your output speeds, match the breakdown, and order only from that figure's table.
Manual Section: Optional Equipment - PTO Variants & Hydraulic Lift AdjustmentQuick hitch parts that do not interchange - the tooling connection unit was built in several assembly versions.
The Linkage section carries three separate tooling connection unit breakdowns keyed to assembly part numbers: 5176738 and 5189332, 5190092, and 5174532 and 5174401. Find the part number stamped on your hitch assembly, open the matching breakdown, and order hooks, pins and hardware from that table only.
Manual Section: LinkageWrong trailer brake valve ordered on a CCLS tractor, because the Italy market version is a different assembly.
The remote valve and trailer brake section lists the CCLS trailer brake valve in standard and Italy market figures, with the breakdown valve catalogued separately. Confirm which valve your tractor actually carries before buying the assembly or its internals, since the two market versions carry different part tables.

I run a TM125, TM150 or TM165 - can I use this catalogue for my tractor?
The running header on every page reads TM135 TRACTOR (11/99- ), so this is the TM135 book. That said, these tractors share a lot of iron, and the part rows print model applicability right in the description - lines like ENGINE, SHORT, TM125, TM135, TM150, TM165 or CYLINDER BLOCK, TM125, TM135, TM150, TM165. So it works as a cross-check on shared components, but the figures are built around the TM135. If your machine is a sibling model, the safe play is the catalogue for that model, since axle builds, decals and equipment codes differ.
Does this include repair procedures, torque specs or troubleshooting?
No. This is an illustrated parts list: exploded drawings, figure codes, and Ref / Part Number / Qty / Description tables. You use it to identify the exact part and its number before you call the parts counter. For teardown steps, clearances and torque values you need the separate repair manual - this book will not tell you how to set anything, only what to order.
My TM135 has a 72LA loader on it. Is the loader covered?
Yes. The back of the book (pages 1073 to 1151) is a bolt-on 72LA Farm Loader catalogue. It covers the mount kits including the Super Steer axle versions (716373036 and 716373046), the bucket cylinder, the 2 function mid-mount plumbing kit with quick disconnects, the 4th function mid-valve kit for TM series tractors, and the grapple fork with its cylinder. Handy, because loader parts are usually a separate book you have to hunt down.
My tractor has factory options - creeper box, CCLS remotes, trailer brake. Are those in here?
Yes, and it is a big chunk of the book. The middle sections are optional and variant equipment figures: creeper transmission including the semi power shift version, CCLS trailer brake valves including the Italy market versions, PTO variants like the 540/1000 with spring and the 540/750/1000, joystick valve control units for front lift, the hinged windshield, transmission oil heater, and auxiliary light kits for both left and right hand drive.
How do I actually find a part number in a book this size?
Start with the How to Use This Catalog section at the front - it explains the figure search and the section index. From there the book follows the standard CNH section scheme: find the section for your system, find the exploded figure for your assembly, match the callout number on the drawing to the Ref column, and read off the part number and quantity. Take that number to your CNH dealer - they can run supersession if the number has been replaced since 1999. p. 1
