Steering is heavy or slow while the rest of the hydraulics work normally.

Check the priority circuit before you touch the steering box. It should hold 138 bar (2000 PSI) and it takes the first 15 L/min from the flow divider, so a steering complaint with healthy secondary functions points at the divider or the priority relief. Neither relief valve is adjustable, so if the pressure is low the fix is a valve or a pump, not a turn of a screw. The hydraulic section gives the test port and the procedure.

Header, reel or unloading functions are slow, weak, or fade when the oil warms.

Tap the secondary circuit at the reel lift quick coupler, which the manual names as the most convenient test point. It should read 155 bar (2250 PSI). Check the case drain flow too, since up to 26.5 L/min should be passing through the oil cooler circuit past its 15 PSI check valve.
