The head is off, the new gasket is sitting on the block, and the job stalls right there without a torque figure: the tightening tables in this book give 25 ±0.5 kgf/m for the cylinder head main bolts, threads oiled, along with figures for rod bolts, flywheel, and main bearings. It is Yanmar's own service publication for the 6CX-ETE marine diesel, number AOA5023 9205SP, 119 pages in English.
The core of the book is teardown and inspection: disassembly and reassembly procedures, then measurement of pistons, sleeves, connecting rods, crankshaft and main bearings against the service standard tables. Fuel injection pump, governor, and injection valve servicing get their own chapter, alongside lube oil, cooling water, electrical equipment, the turbocharger, and the reduction reversing gears.
