Wacker Neuson
Wacker Neuson service manuals in PDF cover a lineup that runs from a hand-guided vibratory plate up to the ET65 and ET90 track excavators. The spread comes from the company’s history. Wacker built compaction gear, starting with Hermann Wacker’s electric rammer in 1930, and Neuson Kramer built compact machines until the two merged in 2007. So the shelf holds EZ17 excavators and WL32 loaders next to RT trench rollers, DW dumpers, and DPU plates.
The machine books carry a ten-digit Wacker Neuson number. The ET65 and ET90 manual is 1000353762, runs 871 pages, and includes the SPN diagnosis code list for sensors, relays, and control valves. Many of these manuals number pages by chapter, so a reference to page 3-49 means chapter 3, page 49. The light equipment books still use the older Wacker publication numbers.

Choosing the Right Wacker Neuson Manual
Nearly everything here is a full service manual, filed under Repair Manuals, and the engine underneath changes from line to line. The RT 56-SC and RT 82-SC trench rollers run Lombardini LDW 903 and 1003 diesels, the RD11 roller has a Vanguard or Honda GX610 gas engine, and the ET65 and ET90 book covers Deutz and Perkins work. One owner book is in Operator Manuals so far, for the 1703 and 2003 excavators.
Which Wacker Neuson number should match my book?
The ten-digit one on the cover. The WL32 manual, 1000350669, covers removal and installation from the P35 variable displacement pump and P32 gear pump to the S4 steering orbitrol, with error code lists for the machine electronics. The RT trench roller book predates that scheme and carries the older Wacker number 0160393en.
Can I use this manual for a different serial range or engine build?
Sometimes, because Wacker Neuson puts more than one build into a single book. The EZ17 manual covers both the early 3TNV76 engine and the later Tier IV 3TNV80F, plus the PTS4.5 tilt coupler. The RD11 book lists item numbers 7693, 7694, and 7695, which match the plate on the RD11A, RD11V, and RD11AEC. Check the item or model number on your machine plate against the product page.
