This is the full Case IH service (repair) manual for the Farmall 95U, 105U and 115U Pro EP utility tractors, 2012-2016, all 1569 pages, organised by the factory section codes: Engine (10), Clutch (18), Transmission (21), 4WD (23), front and rear axles (25/27), PTO (31), Brakes (33), Hydraulics (35), Steering (41), Wheels (44), Cab climate control (50), Electrical (55) and Platform/cab (90), plus a Special Tools Index. These are Efficient Power machines with Tier-4 emissions gear, so the engine section carries real EGR and DPF service: sensor torques, cradle band setting distances, the lot. Capacities, torque tables and step-by-step teardown procedures for every system, exactly what the dealer wrenches from.

Case IH Farmall 95U-115U Common Problems This Manual Covers

Warning lights and stored faults on the dash with no obvious mechanical cause

Work through the Electrical systems section (55). It covers the instrument cluster, controllers, wiring and sensor diagnostics step by step, so you trace the actual fault instead of swapping parts until a light goes out. It is the largest section in the book.

Manual Section: Electrical systems (Section 55) p. 709
DPF or exhaust sensor service after an emissions-related derate

The Engine section (10) has the complete DPF service procedure: sensor removal and refit with real torque values (intake gas temperature sensor 40.5 to 49.5 Nm), pressure pipe fittings, and the cradle band alignment distances of 308.6 mm and 134 mm so the filter goes back exactly where it belongs.

Manual Section: Engine (Section 10) p. 31
Weak or slow rear hydraulics and hitch response

Start with the Hydraulic systems section (35). It gives you the pump, valve and hitch test procedures with pressure specs, and confirms the 44 l (11.6 US gal) system capacity, so you can check oil level and pressures before condemning a pump on a hunch.

Manual Section: Hydraulic systems (Section 35) p. 581
4WD front axle noise, leaks, or hub oil questions on the Class 1.5 axle

The Front axle section (25) with the 4WD section (23) covers differential and hub teardown, with fill capacities spelled out: 9.5 l for the differential, 1.2 l per hub without brakes or 1.6 l with brakes, so you refill correctly after a seal job instead of guessing.

Manual Section: Front axle system (Section 25) p. 317

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reset error codes on a Farmall 95U/105U/115U Pro EP?

The electrical section (55) is the biggest chunk of this manual for a reason. It walks you through reading stored faults from the instrument cluster, what each controller monitors, and the diagnostic procedures to fix the cause so the code stays gone. Clearing a code without fixing the fault just brings it back, and this manual is built around finding the fault. It does not replace the dealer's EST laptop for every function, but for wiring checks, sensor testing and cluster diagnostics it is the reference.

Does this cover the DPF and emissions system, or just the base engine?

It covers the emissions hardware properly, because these Pro EP tractors are Tier-4 machines. You get DPF removal and refit with the actual sensor torques (gas temperature sensor on the DPF intake at 40.5 to 49.5 Nm, lambda sensor at 45 to 55 Nm) and the cradle band setting distances down to the millimetre. If you have ever guessed at a lambda sensor torque and stripped the bung, you know why that matters. p. 48

My transmission is acting up. What does section 21 actually give me?

Full teardown and rebuild of the transmission, not just an exploded parts view. Disassembly order, inspection specs, reassembly and adjustment procedures, plus the clutch in its own section (18). The transmission, rear axle and steering share a 45 l (11.9 US gal) oil fill, and the manual spells out service points so you are not draining the wrong sump.

Are the fluid capacities and torque specs in here, or do I still need the operator's manual?

They are in here. Fuel 150 l, cooling 17 l, engine oil 6.4 to 8.1 l with filter, hydraulics 44 l, front axle differential 9.5 l, front hubs 1.2 or 1.6 l depending on brakes, brake fluid 0.6 l, front PTO 0.4 l. Torques are given per procedure where you need them, down to the 120 A alternator pivot bolt at 50.0 Nm. p. 28

Is this a PDF I can search, and does it name the special tools?

Yes. It is a searchable digital manual, so you can jump straight to a section code or a spec instead of flipping 1569 pages. There is a dedicated Special Tools Index at the back, so before you open up the front axle or PTO you know exactly which factory tools the procedure calls for and can decide what to buy, borrow or improvise.
