New Holland B90B–B115B Series Common Problems This Manual Covers
Machine loses drive or the shuttle slips when hot
The Transmission chapter splits fault finding by unit: the Turner COM-T4-2025 powershuttle and Dana T16000 powershift each get pressure test points, clutch checks and special tool listings, so you can test the box before you commit to splitting the machine.

Start with the hydraulic schematic on page 631 in the Hydraulic System chapter, then test the pump and load sensing valve. The bucket relief valve setting is 240 bar (3481 psi) on page 658, and a tired relief valve mimics a tired pump.

The Electrical System chapter has starting system fault finding on page 995 plus the engine line wiring diagram on page 878, so you can chase voltage drop through the key switch, relay and solenoid instead of throwing a new starter at an old wiring problem.

The Steering System chapter covers 2WS and 4WS separately with fault finding tables. Check system pressure first against the 177 ± 3 bar spec, with the relief valve at 170 bar and shock valves at 225 bar, then move to disassembly and assembly if a component is bypassing internally.

My machine has the powershift, not the powershuttle. Does this manual cover both transmissions?
Yes, both are in here as separate units: the Turner COM-T4-2025 powershuttle and the Dana T16000 powershift. Each gets its own controls, lubrication, fault finding and special tools coverage, so you follow the procedure for the box actually bolted into your machine, not a generic writeup. p. 98
Can I pull error codes from the dash without a dealer laptop?
On the B100B, B110B and B115B, yes. The on-board error code retrieval procedure through the diagnostic display is printed on page 978, and the Electrical System chapter walks you from code to circuit. No dealer tool needed to know why the machine is complaining. p. 978
Are the actual wiring and hydraulic diagrams included, or just parts pictures?
The real diagrams are here. The engine line wiring diagram is on page 878, the hydraulic schematic on page 631, and the Rexroth control valves are broken down in the Hydraulic System chapter. Enough to trace a circuit wire by wire or a hydraulic fault line by line. p. 878
I have a 4WS crab steer model. Is it covered or only the standard 2WS?
Both steering layouts are covered side by side. The Steering System chapter gives 2WS and 4WS their own power steering component breakdowns, disassembly and assembly steps and fault finding, and the axle chapters split the same way, so 4WS owners are not left translating 2WS procedures. p. 768
Does it cover recharging the cab air conditioning?
Yes. The Cab Heating and Air Conditioning chapter covers system principles, fault finding and testing, then the full evacuation and charging procedure. If you have gauges and a vacuum pump, you can diagnose a warm cab and recharge the system without a trip to the AC shop. p. 802
