Strip down, set up and diagnose a Case IH Farmall 55A, 65A or 75A with this factory service manual. It is CNH part number 51489994, 1st edition October 2018. The spec tables apply to all three models alike.
It covers pre-delivery, clutch, transmission, 4WD, both axles, PTO, brakes, hydraulic lifter, steering, cab climate, loader and bodywork. Transmission chapters cover mechanical and power shuttle boxes, 8x8, 12x12 and 20x20 with crawl speed, at 30 or 40 km/h. Wiring schematics come in two sets, one for ROPS tractors and one for cab tractors.
When the tractor quits in the yard and there is nobody to ask, the FAULT CODES section takes each ECU code through cause, failure modes and a step-by-step fix. You end up with the tractor running and back in the field before the weather turns.
