A/C blows warm, and both the low side and high side gauges read low
Both sides reading low means the system is short of refrigerant. Find and repair the leak first, then check the compressor oil level. Evacuate the system and recharge it with the full R134a charge of 1.9 kg (4.2 lb), which is the same on all model tractors.

That split points at the compressor. Check compressor power and ground before you pull anything. If the electrical side is good, the compressor probably has an internal leak. In that case recover the refrigerant, replace both the compressor and the receiver-drier, then evacuate and recharge.

Non-condensables, meaning air and/or moisture, have got into the system. Recover the refrigerant, replace the receiver-drier, evacuate the system and recharge it to spec. If that doesn't clear it, the other cause the manual lists is a restriction on the high side.

The system is overcharged. Recover the refrigerant and recharge it with the specified charge of R134a. If the readings stay high, look at the thermal expansion valve and at air flow across the condenser.

Does this manual cover my Case IH Rowtrac, Steiger or Quadtrac?

The manual prints one table for ZCF and before and a separate one for ZDF and after. Figures for ZDF and after: engine oil with filter is 25 l (6.6 US gal) on the Steiger and Rowtrac 350 and 28 l (7.5 US gal) on every other model and Quadtrac. Cooling is 49 l (13 US gal) on the Steiger 350, 400, 450 and all Rowtrac, and 70 l (18.4 US gal) on the Steiger 500, 550, 600 and all Quadtrac. What pressures does the manual give for the transmission, PTO and steering?
Powershift main pressure is 18.6 - 20.7 bar (270 - 300 psi) at 1000 RPM and 19.7 - 21.7 bar (285 - 315 psi) at 2000 RPM. PTO clutch pressure is 14.8 - 18.3 bar (215 - 265 psi) at 1000 RPM. What are the track torques on the Rowtrac and Quadtrac?
Rowtrac idler wheel bolts take 665 - 745 N·m (490 - 550 lb ft). Quadtrac alignment plate mounting bolts take 678 - 793 N·m (500 - 585 lb ft), and that figure is for lubed threads. p. 2936
Does the manual include wiring diagrams, hydraulic schematics and fault codes?
Yes. You get a hydraulic schema of the machine and steering circuit schematics. You also get the electrical schematic frames, such as frame 11 for starting and charging and frame 28 for the transmission. The fault codes section has a card for each code. p. 3431
