Part of the Hyundai Repair Manuals.
Every one of the 142 pages in this Hyundai Robex 35-7 Service Manual PDF covers one machine: the Robex 35-7 crawler excavator, from main pump to track rollers. You get a full hydraulic schematic plus a wiring diagram for the electrical system, disassembly and assembly steps for the control valve, slew motor, travel motor, and hydraulic cylinders, and troubleshooting charts for both the travelling and slewing systems. Inside: maintenance standards for the idler, sprocket, and every roller on the undercarriage, so you know exactly when a worn part is out of tolerance. Torque the M8 (10.9) body bolts to 39 N-m and the M6 (8.8) hardware to 12.5 N-m; confirm the 12V, 60 AH battery before blaming the starter. No more crawling forums for mini-excavator specs. Bookmarked with a real text layer: jump to a section, search a spec, get wrenching.

Hyundai Robex 35-7 Common Problems This Manual Covers
Hyundai Robex 35-7 hydraulic functions slow and weak, boom hesitates and digging power drops
Test main relief pressure with a gauge on P1 and P2; you want 20.6 MPa per the control valve specs on page 60. Adjust carefully, one full rotation changes pressure by 17.7 MPa, then torque the cap nut to the value in the control valve section. If pressure stays low, pull and inspect the suction filter.
Manual Section: General Troubleshooting p. 131Engine won't start or cranks weakly, starter clicks but pinion won't engage
Load test the battery first; this machine runs a 12V, 60 AH unit and the 1.7 kW starter needs full voltage to spin. Clean and tighten both cable ends and the frame ground strap. If it still clicks, work through the starter failure chart in the electrical section starting on page 126.
Manual Section: Starter System Failure and Remedy p. 126Engine overheats and loses power under load, temperature gauge climbs on long digs
Check coolant level cold; top up any shortfall to the coolant capacity in the specifications and find where it went. Blow out the radiator fins from the fan side and swap the air filter element. While you're in there, change the engine oil to the specified capacity, and torque the drain plug to 39 N·m per page 43.
Manual Section: Engine p. 33Machine meanders at slow travel speed, one crawler drags, hesitates, or makes grinding noise
Check track tension first and adjust at the grease cylinder, covered in the crawler section starting on page 104. Drain the lagging side's travel motor and refill with the gear oil quantity given in the travel motor section. If one side still drags, swap the travel hoses side to side to isolate motor from valve.
Manual Section: Travelling System Troubleshooting p. 130Boom drops slowly under load with controls in neutral, cylinder won't hold overnight
Check the boom circuit port relief valve; adjustment runs 15.7 MPa per rotation, detailed on page 66, and the cap nut gets torqued to the control valve section value afterward. If drift continues, pull the boom cylinder and inspect the piston seals using the disassembly procedure in the hydraulic cylinder section on page 94.
