Part of the Hyundai Repair Manuals.
Every one of the 417 pages in this Hyundai HL750 Service Manual PDF covers one machine: your HL750 wheel loader, from torque converter to bucket cylinder. Inside: hydraulic schematics for the power train, brake, steering, and work equipment circuits, plus wiring diagrams for the starting, charging, illumination, and parking brake circuits. You also get transmission and axle disassembly steps, pump flow and pressure tests, cylinder drift and leakage checks, and troubleshooting charts for every system. Loader won't lift? Check the main relief valve at 210 kg/cm2 (3000 PSI). Pulling a wheel? Torque the mounting nuts back to 60 kg-m (434 lb-ft), not whatever the impact gun feels like. No more chasing hydraulic faults with a gauge and a guess. Bookmarked with a full text layer: type in a spec, jump to the circuit, fix your loader.

Hyundai HL750 Common Problems This Manual Covers
Hyundai HL750 transmission grinding noise in second gear, loader creeps then won't move under load
Check transmission oil level first with the engine idling and oil warm. Run a stall test; converter stall should read 2300 to 2440 rpm per page 64. If stall is low, test the clutch cut-off pressure switch, rated 25 kgf/cm2 on page 71, then work through the transmission troubleshooting chart starting.
Manual Section: Transmission TroubleshootingHydraulic oil leaking at main control valve ports and hose fittings after seal replacement
Replace the O-rings before retorquing anything; a scratched seal leaks no matter how tight the fitting gets. Torque 1/4 inch pipe and hose fittings to 3 kg·m (21.7 lb·ft) and 1/2 inch fittings to 5 kg·m (36.2 lb·ft) per the chart on page 20. Wipe every joint dry and recheck after one full work cycle.
Manual Section: General p. 20Hydraulic pump whines under load, boom lifts slow and drifts down with bucket loaded
Check hydraulic oil level and condition first; foaming oil means air is getting into the suction side. Inspect the air breather, exhaust side set at 0.5 kg/cm2 (7.1 psi) on page 287, and the return filter bypass valve, set at 1.36 kg/cm2 per page 286. Then gauge main relief pressure against the 210 kg/cm2 (3000 psi) spec on page 16.
Manual Section: Work Equipment p. 254Hydraulic oil temperature lamp stays on after warm-up, gauge reads high all shift
Verify the reading before condemning the cooler. Test the temperature switch; it should trip at 105°C ± 2°C per page 396, so replace it if it closes early. If the switch checks good, clean packed debris out of the cooler fins and confirm oil level. A plugged return filter forcing the 1.36 kg/cm2 bypass on page 286 keeps oil running hot.
Manual Section: Electrical System p. 396Steering wheel turns hard at idle, articulation slow and jerky when bucket is raised
Warm the hydraulic oil to 65 ± 6°C before testing, per the procedure on page 216, then check priority valve relief pressure against the 20.5 to 21.5 MPa spec. If pressure is off, adjust the relief cartridge screw; one full turn changes pressure about 70 kgf/cm2 per page 222. Recheck steering effort at low idle.
Manual Section: Steering System p. 216Frequently Asked Questions
What are the torque specifications for the Hyundai HL750 tire mounting nuts?
The torque specification for the tire mounting nuts on the Hyundai HL750 is 60 ± 2 kg·m (434 ± 15 lb·ft). p. 18
How do I check the torque on the Hyundai HL750 wheel mount nuts?
To check the torque on the wheel mount nuts, use a torque wrench to ensure they are tightened to 60 ± 2 kg·m (434 ± 15 lb·ft) as specified in the tightening torque table for the power train system. p. 18
