Cargo box lift stops in mid-stroke, will not hold raised position, makes fast thumping noise
Verify the load in the box does not exceed the 182 kg cargo capacity before condemning the actuator. Check the lift circuit connections for corrosion, then follow the circuit diagnosis in the Cargo Box Lift System Kit section starting on page 241. Test actuator voltage under load; thumping usually means the actuator is stalling.
