Is this a rebuild manual for the DE10 pump itself?
No. The Fuel System section covers the DE10 pump in detail for testing, removal, installation and timing on the engine, plus the injectors, lines, wiring and connectors that feed it. Internal pump overhaul is a Stanadyne shop job with its own tooling and calibration bench. What this manual does is let you prove the pump is bad, get it off correctly, and get the replacement on and timed right.
