Check hydraulic oil level and inspect the suction pipe and fittings for air leaks; a milky, foamy filter bowl means the pump is pulling air. Replace the suction line O-rings and pump shaft seal, then torque the hydraulic pump bolts to 16-20 lbs. ft. (22-28 Nm) per page 351. Change the filter while you are in there.
