This is the factory repair manual (TM401019, June 2010 Europe edition, 97/68/EC spec) for the John Deere 6225, 6325, 6425 and 6525 tractors, from the 69 kW (94 hp) 6225 up to the 88 kW (120 hp) 6525. It walks you through actual wrench work: pulling the complete engine, splitting into the SyncroPlus and PowrReverser transmissions, front-wheel drive clutch, differential and final drives (both with 3D animations), rear PTO, hydrostatic steering, wet brakes, the full hydraulic system with hitch and SCVs, plus ECU removal, connectors, charging and starting circuits. Special tools are listed, including the dealer-fabricated ones. Removal, installation, adjustment and specs, written the way Deere dealer techs use it.
