Part of the New Holland Operator Manuals.
This 534-page New Holland T6050 operator manual PDF (OEM 47770780) covers all five tractors in the T6030 through T6090 family. Service intervals run from the 10-hour daily check through the 50, 300, 600 and 1200-hour schedules to the 3600-hour/48 month service, and the fault-finding charts sort symptoms by engine, transmission, hydraulics, three-point hitch, brakes and electrics. Operating chapters walk you through Range Command and Power Command transmissions, electronic draft control, remote valves, front and rear PTO, ballasting and wheel track settings, ending with fluid capacities and hardware torque tables. Expect front-wheel drive to drop out above 20 km/h (12.4 MPH) and re-engage below 18 km/h (11.1 MPH). The text is searchable and bookmarked by chapter.

New Holland T6030–T6090 Common Problems This Manual Covers
New Holland T6030 to T6090 engine will not start or is hard to start in cold weather
Review the starting procedure first, then check fuel level and bleed the fuel system if air got into the lines, following page 494. Replace clogged fuel filter elements and tighten them to 15 Nm per page 443. Shut off the engine and remove the key before fuel work, with no smoking (page 52). In cold weather use the heater grid aid, never ether (page 29). Pump or injector faults go to your dealer.
Manual Section: Engine Fault Finding p. 494Engine overheats under heavy draft load with coolant recovery tank running low
Check coolant only after the engine cools. Use a cloth to turn the radiator cap to the first stop and let pressure subside before removing it (page 29). Fill the recovery tank, check hoses and connections for leaks, and check fan belt tension per page 496. Clean a blocked radiator core, but never aim a cold water jet at a hot engine (page 13). Shift down or reduce draft load or ballast.
Manual Section: Engine Fault Finding p. 495Hydraulic system does not operate or hydraulic oil overheats while running remote hydraulics
Check hydraulic oil level and adjust it, since both too low and too high cause overheating, following page 498. Replace blocked hydraulic oil filters, turning the cartridge 3/4 of a turn after faces just meet per page 440, and clean a blocked oil cooler. Wait for hot components to cool first (page 53). If overheated, let it cool and reset flow control. An error code means call your dealer.
Manual Section: Hydraulics Fault Finding p. 498Three-point hitch does not raise fully, drops slowly, or status light flashes continually
Adjust the height limit control if the hitch stops short, and the drop rate control if it lowers slowly, following page 499. Reset position/draft control for a flashing status light or poor draft response. Stand clear of the linkage and never stand between tractor and implement while working the lift controls (page 54). If an error code shows, see your dealer before the next pass.
Manual Section: Three-point Hitch Fault Finding p. 499Starter does nothing or engine cranks slowly when the key is turned
Verify all gear shift levers are in neutral and the clutch pedal is fully depressed so the starter safety switch allows cranking, per page 501. Clean and tighten battery and starter connections, then measure open circuit voltage against a 12.6 volt minimum. Disconnect the negative cable first, reconnect it last, and keep sparks away (page 52). Wear eye protection (page 30). Charge or replace dead batteries.
Manual Section: Electrical System Fault Finding p. 501Air conditioner does not produce cool air and pressuriser air flow is low
Check that the temperature control knob is turned fully anticlockwise so the heater is off, following page 500. Clean or replace blocked cab filters and check the seal around each element. Clean the radiator, condenser and oil cooler, never aiming a cold water jet at a hot engine (page 13). Check the automatic belt tensioner and belt condition. Low refrigerant or a blocked evaporator core needs your dealer.

How do I reset or clear error codes on a New Holland T6030/T6050/T6070/T6080/T6090?
To clear error codes on a tractor with an Enhanced Keypad, depress the auto function switch or one of the shift buttons to clear the error. For tractors with a colour display, go to the Diagnostic, Fault, and Display menus, then touch 'Refresh List' to reformat or 'Erase All' to clear the memory. p. 469
What are the replacement specifications for fuel filters on the New Holland T6030, T6050, T6070, T6080, T6090?
The primary and secondary fuel filters are disposable. When installing a new filter, rotate it until the gasket touches the filter head, then tighten an additional 3/4 turn to a torque of 15 Nm. p. 443
What is the engine oil capacity for the New Holland T6030, T6050, T6070, T6080, T6090 tractors?
The engine oil capacity for all models, including the filter, is 15.0 litres (3.96 U.S. gallons). p. 439
What does calibration code U21 mean on the New Holland T6030–T6090?
U21 means engine speed is too low during transmission calibration: the book calls for 1200 ± 100 rev/min. The same U-code table on page 469 lists U22 for engine speed too high, U17 for operator not in the seat and U20 for handbrake not applied. p. 469
