IH printed a part number ending in an R code on its owner books, like 1096188R4 on the 3388, 3588, and 3788 manual. The books here run from the small 444 and 574 Row-Crop through the 656, 966, and 84 series to the 4166 and 4366 four-wheel drives, plus the T-4, T-5, and TD-5 crawlers.
