Yanmar Repair Manuals
Most Yanmar repair work starts in one of three places: the hydraulics of a ViO or SV excavator, a marine JH or LH diesel, or a TNV industrial engine. On the excavator side that means the ViO17 and SV18 through the ViO45-5 and ViO55-5 to the ViO80-1A, alongside the C50R-3C carrier and the V3-5 and V4-5 loaders. Engine books include the 3TNV82A through 4TNV106T range and the 4LH series marine diesels.
Electronically governed TNV engines have their own fault-code book, the TNV Electronic Control Troubleshooting Manual, with sensor checks by circuit. Part numbers for the ViO35-6A or a 4TNV88-QTB build are in Yanmar Parts Manuals.
