Takeuchi
Takeuchi repair and parts manuals in PDF. Factory service documentation for TB-series compact excavators from the TB007 micro class up to the TB1140, plus TL-series track loaders including the TL120 and TL150. Takeuchi built the first compact excavator in 1971. These are the same serial-number-specific procedures and schematics their dealers use for service work.

Choosing the Right Takeuchi Manual
Repair manuals cover full teardown procedures: hydraulic circuit diagrams, electrical schematics, wire harness routing, torque specs, and step-by-step disassembly sequences. Takeuchi splits coverage by serial number range because mid-production changes affect rebuild specs. The TB080FR, for example, has separate editions for serial 17810006+ and 17820001+. Parts manuals provide exploded assembly diagrams with OEM part numbers for ordering replacement pins, bushings, hydraulic fittings, and undercarriage components. Unlike Deere or Cat, Takeuchi does not publish a branded dealer portal for independent access, so these PDFs are often the only way for a shop technician to get factory-level detail on an older TB or TL machine.
What types of Takeuchi manuals are available?
Repair manuals follow Takeuchi’s standard structure: safety, service data, function descriptions, disassembly/assembly, troubleshooting, hydraulic circuit diagrams, electrical diagrams, and wire harness routing. Coverage spans compact excavators from the TB015 through the TB260, with multi-model bundles like the TB125/TB135/TB145. Track loaders are here too: TL130, TL140, and others.
Parts manuals provide exploded-view diagrams with factory part numbers for every assembly. The TL126 parts manual includes its Isuzu A-4JB1PAA10 engine catalog. Excavator parts coverage runs from the TB035 through the TB260.
Are these official Takeuchi factory manuals?
Yes. These are OEM manuals identified by Takeuchi’s alphanumeric book codes (CQ1E, CG8E, CT9E series). Each is serial-number-specific. Takeuchi made mid-production changes across TB and TL models that affect part numbers, hydraulic routing, and electrical configurations. A TB045 repair manual covers the exact hydraulic pressure test values, factory torque specs, and match-marking references for that serial range. The same documentation a Takeuchi dealer technician would use for a shop rebuild.
